Arnett's Acres
Travel | The Lydia Johnson Inn | Hermann, MO
Our world is so amazing, every nook and cranny on our earth boasts something incredible. As many of you, my sweet hubby and I have great hopes of seeing as much of it as possible. We are just getting into the Bed & Breakfast's and loving every bit of it. When we walk in we are consistantly given the feeling of being so welcome into their homes. If any of you have any suggestions please email us -

We were fortunate to spend a weekend in Hermann, MO for our anniversary this year. What a wonderful little community. We explored the wineries, ate to our hearts content, enjoyed visiting with the locals, laughed through the antique shops with "Oohhh, I remember this..." I am sure we will return.

Hermann is full of B & B's (absolutely NO chain hotel/motels). Each have something different to offer and by excellent recommendations we chose the Lydia Johnson Inn. What a beautiful home and Betty & Chuck Hartbauer were wonderful hosts. Thank you both for everything it could not have been a more enjoyable weekend.

Strawberry Souffle was perfect. Light and bursting with flavor.

Our room, next time I must do a better job representing the room. Still I think you get the idea. Randy & I slept so peacefully (I think I am ready to go back).
