Cleaning Solutions

The most important cleaning solution for any farm is Skunk Smell Remover. This is the absolute best that I have ever used.

Skunk Smell Remover

3 tablespoons Dawn
1 can beer
1 cup peroxide
1 cup baking soda

Mix well and apply immediately. Rub in thoroughly. I let it set for a few minutes. Rinse.

This solution will not be able to set unused or held for later usage. Dispose of any left over.

We are on a farm and one year the dogs were sprayed several times...what a long year it was for all of us...this solution was excellent.

Window Cleaning Solution

1/2 gallon water
1 tablespoon ammonia
1/2 pint rubbing alcohol
1/2 teaspoon detergent (optional)

Do NOT let this drip on woodwork.

General Kitchen Cleaning Solution

This came from my Food Services friends at ICC. Thank you.
1/2 cup Dawn
2 cups WARM white vinegar

Mix and use on surfaces...excellent on cooked on grime like on grill grates, cookie sheets, ovens...
