Arnett's Acres
Chicken Fried Pork Steak | December 2013

These pork steaks will be so tender and have such a flavor. This is one of those excellent recipes for those days that you want to just put something in and not have to monitor it.

Baking temp: 250˚
Baking time: 2 1/2 hours + browning in hot oil

Ingredients:

2 large pork steaks

1 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 teaspoon chopped onion per steak
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper per steak
1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage per steak
Cooking oil
