Cheesy Potatoes With Ham  |   March 2014

This is hands down our family favorite Cheesy Potatoes with Ham (it is also excellent with precooked and drained ground beef, venison, lamb).



Baking temp: 350˚
Baking time: 45 minutes, or
until potatoes are tender


8-10 nice sized potatoes
8 oz. package of diced ham,
     or leftover ham (or ground beef, venison, lamb)
1 can Campbell's Fiesta Cheese Soup
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 soup can of milk, add extra if needed
1 small onion, finely diced
1/4 cup green pepper, finely diced
Black pepper to taste
Green Onion tops for garnish          
            Cheesy Ham With Potatoes                  


1. Peel and dice potatoes, or slice if you prefer. 2. In a bowl combine the soups, milk, onion, green pepper, and pepper.

3. Bake in a 350˚ oven until potatoes are tender, about an hour. If you prefer use the microwave, should be tender in approximately 20 minutes - depending on your microwave.
